I gotta say, this hotel was pretty awesome in so many ways. The customer service was top-notch, the location was spot-on, and the food was delicious. But man, oh man, the wifi was a major letdown. It was weaker than a kitten trying to lift weights. And let's not even get started on the kitchen order. I mean, seriously, I ordered one meal and waited patiently for 15 minutes. Just when I thought it was about to arrive, I got a call asking if that was the only thing I ordered. And guess what? The food never showed up! Talk about a major fail. But hey, let's not dwell on the negatives, because this place is still a 5-star hotel, baby! And the staff? They're the real MVPs. They're attentive, courteous, and humble, and all that good stuff. I gotta give a special shoutout to Mr. Amin, the front desk manager. That dude is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. He's always ready to jump in and help out the clients. And let's not forget about the rest of the front desk crew. Those guys are diligent and super helpful. Oh, and how can I forget the bellman? I can't remember his name, but I think he's Indian. That dude is always pleasant and goes above and beyond for the clients. He's a real gem, I tell ya. Last but not least, let's give a big round of applause to the room service crew. Mujib, Nur, and the others are absolutely exceptional. But I gotta give a special shoutout to Mujib. Keep up the good work, buddy! Your positive attitude is gonna take you places in life. All in all, this hotel definitely has its quirks, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. I'd totally recommend it, especially if you're looking for a place with a kickass staff.

Room & Stuff. All stuff was OK,but some even better (speaking about ones I had a more contacts with). Radja very professional &polite. Mr Amini very helpful and patient with me,nice dressed,really professional. Malik, security guy,silence,never in the way, BUT ALWAYS PRESENT. And on the top of the stuff NUR & HASNA!!! Super patient,extra helpful. I’ll give just one example: 45 min looking on my behalf different locations on their phones,maps. Searching best ways,so I can get there the fastest & the cheapest way. Top suggestions. Without them I would be finished in Abu Dhabi. Both of them very prof,very polite and nice. Always with a genuine smile. Very human. Every hotel would like to have them.THANK YOU NUR ,THANK YOU HASNA.

Location good , Cook Rauf best cook, professional in his work ethic and integrity , loved his tasty food no complaints a father figure will miss him nice good man .Bibhuti, Mani Raj , Gautam - professional very caring in their work environment ready to help anytime . The room service cleaning boys including one went for holiday. All of these boys are very professional in their job , have a very good work ethic , intregrity and discipline also including 2 boys 1 Indian training and 1Nepali forgot their name very lovely boys @ the front foyer ready to help and assist anytime , will miss all of them.

We got a free upgrade on check-in (we haven't asked for it), a fruit basket, we called the reception to ask for a clothes iron, it and the board were at our door within minutes, we got extra bottles of water on checkout as well as in the evening when we came to pick up our luggage (again, it was offered without us having to ask for anything)... The room itself was great, perfectly serviced, and we're only sorry that we haven't had the time to try out all the facilities that the hotel has to offer.

The location is very close to the metro which has been very helpful for us. It is close to amenities such as groceries and restaurant, and plenty of Filipino shops in the vicinity. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Room service is available when needed. Breakfast is alright, we stayed there for 5 days and the menu did not change much but they have different selections. There is a small gym and spa on the top floor. There is a pool, which looks okay. There is also a karaoke or music lounge at night at a bar in the ground floor.
